The day I went to their shop and was waiting for my turn, a customer was in there (Covid restrictions), trying to come to an agreement for if they could pay half up front and half later (apparently this customer had heard some rumors regarding the customer service of this business). The owner did not agree on part payment and the deal fell apart. This incident did not raise any red flags for me as I had read some good reviews for Toor blinds so I was confident the service was great. So I paid upfront showing confidence in both the business and the Google reviews but, Oh Boy, was I wrong. For my work I live out of Alberta and my family stays in Calgary and I was happy I have taken care of blinds. One week went past and they did not show up. Their excuse was that the blinds were on order even though I ordered the ones that they had claimed were ready for install. Another week went by and I called them several times without any response. In the third week they installed some of the blinds so at least my family can have some privacy. I had to call them again for at least a week before they finished the entire job. My personal experience with them was not good at all. Will NOT RECOMMEND this business to anyone.
