I asked for a shampoo and a hair cut when I first set up the appointment. I didn’t get the shampoo, just the hair cut. Otherwise I’d give it 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son's both received *THE* hair cuts of their dreams, walking out with Mohawks, hair tattoos on the sides, and colored gel. Plus they got to watch a show during their appointment. The ladies both did an amazing job and my boys are beyond stoked. They can't wait to come back ?

vibrant and wonderful greeting the moment you stepped in at there door. Plus a pro hairdresser Marie is a plus! She's been really hardworking to her job, always trying to accommodate me by doing small talks or customer engagement. And oh, I almost forgot! Thank you for that free thirst quencher every visit. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go see Marie at the Vernon location who does an amazing job! She is very friendly and her attention to detail is great. Also the scalp massage and hot towel service is very relaxing. I also take my 4 year old son there for his haircuts and they are very patient with him. Thanks Tommy Gun’s!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my husband as a birthday gift for hot shave and a hair cut. Hoping they'd help him style his beard. They had no idea what products to recommend, no suggestions for a style hair or beard and he came home so disappointed. This was suppose to be a relaxing experience I shouldn't have to touch up anything after he went to a BARBER shop. Let alone the whole beard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my daughter in after a different place botched her cut. They were amazing start to finish. They listened to her request, triple checked with her that it was the length she wanted and made sure she knew what to ask for the next time. She left feeling great and very happy with her cut. While I waited staff was also very helpful explaining products I was curious about for my husband. We will absolutely be back, I’m sure this will be my daughters go to from now on.
