Unfortunately I packed on some extra pounds this summer in Cape Breton enjoying all the festivals and now require a larger shirt for my daughter's wedding in October "down under". After contacting the Oakville store I was advised to return it since I had not worn it yet and they would simply exchange it for the larger size. I will admit I was a little nervous since I no longer had the receipt however a few days later I received a replacement shirt! Thank you Marcella, I love your store & your excellent customer service! I am battling cancer right now and needed a gift for my husband's birthday. I called the store to ask if they had a specific shirt. They quickly volunteered to help me over the phone and i picked out a few items from the website. Jamie then personally delivered these gifts right to my door later that afternoon. It was even wrapped up very pretty. Then to my total amazement he presented ME with a small gift bag with a handwritten note of encouragement and a very lovely candle. I was blown away by their professionalism and profound generosity. My husband loves his new shirts and loves the story about how incredibly nice these people were to me. This kindness will always be remembered! THANK YOU

They go above and beyond to see that their customers are more than satisfied. They will order in any item that they do not have in stock or that they do not have in your size etc. They will have any piece of clothing ordered and delivered directly to you or to the store whichever is more convenient for you. Tommy Bahama clothing is high quality.
