β β β β β I have been working with Tom for 9 years for all our mortgage needs. Since day 1, Tom has been a wealth of knowledge, helpful, prompt, hardworking, trustworthy and honest. He always looks out for his clients best interests at all times, which is a rarity in todays age. Tom has an abundance of different options he can offer, which banks definitely can't offer. Tom always makes time to explain the options available, as well as ensuring his customer is fully understanding whatever options are on the table. Tom can make dreams become a reality when banks say no. Don't waste your time dealing with a bank for your mortgage or refinancing needs. Tom does it all, and always works with his customers best interest at hand. I'm glad I was referred to Tom many years ago. He has provided the lowest rates, and solid information related to your needs.
