Toly was a great realtor to work with. He helped me buy a 4 bedroom home in the Hastings Sunrise neighborhood. Toly provided sound input as we looked at various listings, while still allowing lots of room for my own unique needs and wants. When we found a place I wanted to make an offer on, he sprang into action and was meticulous in ensuring all documents were filled out and all deadlines were met. We ended up closing escrow with zero issues. And most importanly, he was just an all around kind and friendly person to spend time with! Would highly recommend!

Toly made purchasing our first home a breeze! He guided us through the home buying process and a after a few short months we were home owners ! Toly was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and put up with us sending him endless listings to look at lol He listen to what we wanted in a home and took the time to point out things we didn’t even realize we needed to look for a places. We met Toly at an open house that he had arranged to show us. The home didn't suit us but we had a good visit with Toly and let him know what we were looking in a home. We told him that we preferred to be patient and find the right home rather than wasting time looking at homes that weren't suitable for us. We stayed in loose touch, looked at a few homes but were basically lying in wait for the right property. When it finally came along we missed out on a multiple offer situation. We were crushed but Toly kept his professional composure and said he wouldn't rest until we were in the home of our choice. A week later he called to say that the original offer had fallen though. We pounced, improved our original offer with a 24 hour close and 23 hours later had an accepted offer on the home of our dreams.! We learned a number of things about Toly during this process. First, he's a honest, skilled, and knowledgeable realtor. His sole goal was to find the right property for us. To achieve this he took the time to find out who we were, asking us questions and listening- our life stories, dreams and our goals. Once he knew what we were looking for and our price range his sole goal was to match the right property to us. Professionally, Toly was rock solid--guiding us through a somewhat difficult purchase process. On a personal level he was genuine, sincere and a real pleasure to work with. If you're looking to buy or sell make certain you include Toly in your realtor search-my guess is that once you meet him your search will be over! As a first time home buyer in my late 20’s, I knew almost nothing of the buying process. Within a week and a half of looking at condos (we saw 5) we decided to put an offer down on one. Against 2 competing offers, Toly strategically got our offer in on time, and won it. Had a great experience working with Toly as my realtor ! This was my first property and it was a rental property. Toly was very patient and professional during the showings he would always asked good questions on my behalf. When it came down to it Toly helped me close a very good deal in a matter of two weeks. It happened really fast and he was always available to answer any questions I had. Over all he's a good dude, he does care, comes off quite genuine. Toly answered our inquiries within the Zolo app and we met him for the first time at a viewing he booked for us.
