They have promptly addressed any issues. I think that far too often, people review property managers only when they are dissatisfied, so I want to do the opposite, and give an enthusiastic 'thumbs up' to them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

He was fantastic to work with from start to finish and made sure that things went very smoothly for us. From the start, he wanted to know what was most important to make an attractive offer so he could advise us on how to craft the winning offer and set things up for a smooth and successful transaction. The terms of the sale were simple but we did encounter some bumps in the road and Matt was diligent about making sure we were updated on where we were with overcoming the hurdles to get to closing on time. Matt communicated very well with me throughout the transaction and was a true pro. I would absolutely work with him again.

The Matt Kuras Team performed a high quality large renovation project on a fixer upper property that I purchased. They maintained consistent communication throughout the process, and were extremely knowledgeable on all facets of the project. Upon completion, they did a thorough job screening prospective tenants and a lease was quickly secured. Everyone, from the renovation team, to the marketing and lease specialists, was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend considering The Matt Team as your property management company for both turn key properties or properties requiring renovation.

We’ve had some cosmetic issues over the years, considering the age of the house, but Matt has always tried to find reasonable quotes and fast turnaround for getting work done on the house. He has managed various tenant issues professionally and is always very responsive and helpful.
