B	Bradley Richards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whilst labeled Tokyo, I was taken back to my days on Jeju-do, South Korea. The gentleman were kind and allowed me to stumble over some Korean. The service was excellent and the food top-notch. I only wished I lived closer.

The sushi I ordered was really bad. Couldn't even complete the meal. 3. The order was not completed in full. One dish was missing. 4. I went to take out by myself - the waiting time was an additional 30 minutes at the door. 5. These guys pretend to be Tokyo Sushi (where I am always ordering - 971 Eglinton Ave W, York, ON M6C 2C4), but they are not even close to be the same quality and service! They call themselves Tokyo Sushi 1 - be careful. Complete scam!

I’ll give them that but I got the lunch special which was miso soup and 12 rolls. Miso soup- I don’t mind some tofu but there was way too much (see photo) plus It wasn’t even hot. It was barely warm. Sushi roll - it was rushed or something but it was messy. you can see it for yourself how one sushi in the left looked perfect and the other two wasn’t even a full size roll!!?? Overall flavor was decent but the sushi down the street “Mac Shushi 524 Eglinton) is better and their lunch portions are bigger too!

They left us in the car for over half an hour while the entire front of the place was filled with screaming clients who were all complaining about the same issue. We gave them a second chance..Today, we called at 5pm to have delivery at 7pm, and they confirmed. We are 5 min away and they arrived just short of an hour late, after repeated calls. We were told they can't contact the driver as they don't pickup calls in the car. One event could be a bad day, but It seems they accept orders that they obviously can't deliver on time. If you can't do it, just say so. No problem-we can go elsewhere. We are done with this restaurant. We will go to another sushi pace in the area that we frequented many times and has always been good and on time.
J	Julia Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful sushi place, they always had great tasting food and fresh sashimi over the years that I've visited, though now I've moved far and can only come by for special occasions. I ordered takeout somewhat last minute for a special sashimi platter for my parents' anniversary, so I was there early to pick it up. I could see that they were super busy, but was still putting in the effort to make it fresh and not cutting any corners for their orders. Bottom line, fresh, good tasting food, and exceptional service, will continue coming in the future!! (Sashimi platter photo is from today, everything else is from October 2020, for an over-the-months review of their consistency).
