★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they tried to scam me. Told me $89.95 for the service but for an extra $20 i could get my machine back in 8-10 weeks. They are busy they said. But we can squeeze you in for 20 it sounds like. Maybe 5 months otherwise, who knows. Be aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the last 35 years I have bought 4 machines for myself at this amazing place. The staff are so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I also dealt with them as a sewing teacher, and their service of our school machines was excellent. Now that I have retired, I bought myself an embroidery machine as a parting gift. They gave me a thank-you package of several useful tools.
I am moving away and will miss their excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure why this business even exists. They were unable to fix our school's sewing machines, were not able to sell us the correct needles for the sergers, were unable to sell us the correct blades for the sergers, and do not return phone calls. We ultimately had to take our sewing machines elsewhere to get them repaired. It's actually surprising that they're even in business.
