I have tried making workout plans with my sister in BC and keeping each other accountable. Nothing lasted and got me excited. Tammy and her team (as well as the others in our early morning crew) keep me excited, motivated and wanting to come back for more. Everyone is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I have some physical ailments that require special modifications and the trainers have never once been phased by these needs. They are always ready with a modification for me so I never have to miss out. I so appreciate Tammy and her team for pushing me to be my best and having fun along the way.

This place offers small group classes so you get the attention needed especially with your form (as you should when lifting) compared to others with 30+ class sizes. If you miss a couple days they are texting you to see what's up, keeps me accountable and I appreciate that. The workouts are always different, and they make them FUN! Everyone is very supportive of each other. I always recommend TNT to anyone I can and thankful we have this place here in Lacombe! ❤

My clothes were fitting better than they ever had and I was able to wear some things I was hanging on to just in case it would maybe fit "someday". "Someday" has turned into today thanks to the coaches and staff at TnT!! They are all great motivaters and instructors. Everyone including the other members are very encouraging and with the small class sizes the coaches can focus on each person and make sure you are getting the best out of your workouts! Awesome gym and awesome people!!

I walked into TNT not sure if they would be the right fit for me but after the first week I knew this was the place to be. Tammy, Chrystal, and Sherri have been great. They are all aware of my limitations and make adjustments to some of the exercises while pushing me hard to do my best. I absolutely love the classes. I have been going for 4 months and have not found one class to be the same. It has a positive atmosphere and a fun place to be.

They have numerous class times, exceptional trainers, and the workouts are always awesome! The diversity in the people who attend classes makes it a welcoming environment for everyone. All of the workouts are tailored to all fitness levels and the trainers always offer modifications. The groups are small, the gym is clean and well kept and memberships are so affordable. I’m so thankful for TNT and the wonderful people it is made up of and I would recommend to anyone!
