★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased two mini horse harnesses and a cart. Their products are of reasonable quality but don't expect service. After sales service is non-existent and if you call or email Theresa with a question, it will take several messages before she responds. I understand she's busy but I've been a business owner over much of my long life and you just don't leave people hanging forever. 24 to 48 hours max is the longest one should ever wait for an initial response. When you finally do get a hold of Theresa, she's impatient and acts like she doesn't care, is even argumentative... no interpersonal skills whatsoever. This is a mom and pop store... I get more service at Walmart. She does not deserve my repeat business.
