β β β β β This office is serving the community pretty good, but they need to review the employee behavior, and also have a suggestion and complain method where people could reach a responsible person about any sort of complains and complements. Just one suggestion to all of you who go to this office. There is one man named Hamza he is the most stupid person in this office. Instead of doing his work he just stares at ladies and comes and even checks around the ESL classes to stare at ladies and when any of these students need some sort of paper work they are sent to this stupid man named Hamza. The other day I heard from a classmate that she needed some documents from him, so she was sent to him and he instead of looking at his computer and preparing the required documents he was continuously looking at her breasts. He is very disrespectful to any one even to his co workers specially to the ESL students. We don't need such community workers in the community office or our complain will reach some other levels which will ask the responsible person in this office.

β β β β β This is a great settlement organization which helps newcomers to establish grounds in Toronto, Ontario. Very friendly staff and clients. Feel free to use wifi or their computers to access the internet and print up to 10 pages per visit. The office is air conditioning supported for very hot days. They also give free ttc tickets on hot days to clients who are unable to walk back home in the heat.

β β β β β My experience with TNO is Very very bad you can say Horrible People talk with sadist attitude, and they behave as per culture and tradition they only prefer their own community people.. they go by what others say.. weather its bad r good. I think such organization is a complete Shame to Toronto, and to whole of Canada. community centre are for everybody but it doesn't look like that. above that people target woman .. on the basis f religion, target by human' perspective it is such a shame ,I Hope everybody reads this .not go to TNO anymore

β β β β β Timeless effort and full support TNO has been offering and rendering regardless of who you are! ! There has been lots of services and helped I have had with them for FREE that everyone can afford. I'm so grateful and thankful that i was able to reach and find this place where I've learned a lot to get aware of different aspects and rights as an immigrant or worker in Canada! An eye-opener that we foreign worker could have a great impact in the community! Truly blessed enough for helping us, without expecting anything in return! thank you very much and please continue reaching out those unreachable! ! let"s join together for a better community to everyone!!

β β β β β I've found this organization 3 years ago through a friend. Their service and dedication to help me and the caregiver community is beyond my expectation. They will guide us and educate us about our legal rights and also provide FREE service on processing our documents. Staff are approachable and friendly. And not to Mention the free Workshops, Information sessions and Trainings that they offer. Hoping that they will continue to provide this kind of service.
