★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wilna and her staff at TLC have been caring for my old girl Seska, since she was a puppy. I trust TLC completely. I have never had any problems and always am extremely happy with not only how great my dog looks but also for the care and attention given to her. She has "pomitude" and can be difficult at times. Not to mention all that hair!! They are always considerate of her medical conditions and put me at ease knowing she is in good hands. Wilna sure does have a special way with dogs! Seska loves coming to see Wilna, Shelley and her furry friends, Thursdae & Maisey!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have pretty good communication but I was disappointed in my cats groomings. I sent them in for baths, brushing/deshedding, nail clipping and ear cleaning. I expected them to get actual baths, as a previous groomer had done where we used to live, but that was not the case, they got a "waterless bath". Their butts were still kinda dirty, one still has a bit of poo smeared in her fur on her butt, and their ears were definitely not cleaned, they feel like they were barely brushed and they're still shedding a lot, but they smelled nice. Basically I could have saved myself 100 bucks and gotten wipes from a pet shop and done it myself. I know cats can be tricky to groom, but I certainly expected more for what I paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving the real review. This place is definitely not for cats. Unfortunately i took my cat there for his grooming today. The staff was rude and unfriendly, the place was filthy with all the dog hair on the floor. There were 3 dogs there, from which the biggest dog was barking and in return the staff was barking back at him. My cat got so scared i changed my mind at the spot, and refused to get any service. In return the staff lady asked me to pay $30 for the service charge for holding the spot. Which i gave without any hesitation as a charity. (Good riddance). We are home now but my cat is still scarred from that nasty experience. If you love your cat then that place is not for your furr babies. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies are absolutely wonderful. They were great with my dog Charlie. They did such a good job grooming him. He looks soooo cute. I'm very happy with TLC grooming. They are very professional and very gentle with my boy Charlie. I would highly recommend TLC grooming.
