★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I dropped my house and office keys down the 'gap' in the elevator entrance. Knowing that an didaster on my end didn't necessitate an emergency on their end, I was scared I'd be homeless for the evening. Scott and his mechanic were accommodating beyond belief and met me on site by 3PM. THANK YOU GENTS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our building elevator has been broken since June. If you didn't mind getting stuck in it for 5 minutes or so because "it has a glitch" I guess you could ride it in July. Then it stopped working completely and they are waiting for a part from back East. So here we are mid August. Tenants with mobility issues stuck in their 2nd to 4th floor apartments. Guy came today. Still broken.
