★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed! We love Titos in Burford-its a real shame the Titos in Brantford on Paris Rd doesn't live up to company standards for quality and customer service. Second time ordering only to find we once again had cold wing ? Disappointing ! They were re made for us but six tiny wings are hardly worth the grief. We definitely will be looking for a new pizza place for the winter months!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online Tuesday. It took 1:40 for pizza to arrive. I called and spoke to the manager and he asked me to call him back when my food arrived. He was on a delivery when I called back so I left my number for him to reach out in 5 mins as I was told he would by the call taker. This clown didn’t have the time for a customer that orders from there on a regular basis, so Tito’s at 177 Paris in Brantford you've lost me as a customer. There’s 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. Owner should get rid of this maggot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally contacted the store via email but did not receive any response so I decided to leave a review, not even an apology so my original email was… “I did not want to leave a bad Google review based on a couple bad times so this time I would just like to inform you privately that I think the staff there needs to pay more attention to their order slips. Today I placed an order and when I got it home my salad was missing and 1 of my 2 pizzas was completely wrong (I ordered double mozzarella cheese plus regular cheddar cheese) because that is how my kids like it but my pizza had only cheddar cheese which was not very good at all. I have attached my order so you can see” an apology would have sufficed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the best experience ever!! I live in Quebec and ordered a pizza for my daughter in Brantford. Customer service was awesome! Served by a beautiful soul a lady called Beck! She wrote a personal note on the pizza box to my daughter from me. She also spoke French!! My daughter said the pizza was 100/10. She said it was amazing! Thanks people, keep up the great pizza and the Best customer service. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent pizza with decent prices. The slices I had were quite tasty and had a thin crust. The staff was friendly and that makes an establishment memorable. Parking can be tough in this little plaza so be patient. Lol
