I actually already know what the problem is but was willing to see if Peter the owner would be able to verify the issue. This is an issue that any computer Tech should be able to take one look at and verify. When I asked if I could be there for the diagnostic I was flatly told "No", This is the first sign of unprofessional activity. The second question was for a cost for the diagnostic. This was also answered with a "no". So there you have it. Take it for what it is, but I would not advise a company that won't allow you to see their work or give you a solid price.
