★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Competitive prices on most hardware! I'm always stoked that Alpine IT has windows PC's, Chromebooks, printers, etc... at as good a price as I can find them anywhere else. Evan and Curtis are super knowledgeable. If you need a new computer or need any sort of device fixed stop by and see them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy "fixing" phones doesn't have a clue. I tried saving myself a trip to the Apple store in Calgary and it totally backfired. My new iPhone XR is screwed and I have to send it in anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped my phone in water needed help taking it apart because I have a injured arm. Didn't return my call and next day I learnt nothing was done with my phone the battery wasn't even removed. Guy tried to say that the issue wasn't time sensitive and I was "overreacting" since he could easily fix any corrosion. I didn't ask for corrosion to be fixed I asked for help preventing corrosion. Thanks for not helping me and interfering with me actually getting help with my phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a couple of full time RV'ers who lived a while in the town of Golden, BC.
A few months ago we went to Alpine IT to fix a broken screen on our Huawei Mate 9. The screen had to be ordered since it wasn't in stock but less then one week later they fixed it without any issues!
Unfortunately after one week the screen stopped working due to a manufacturing (factory) issue. We went back and Evan from Alpine IT looked at the problem without any further costs. It took a while because the supplier had to investigate whether this was an issue of the factory or of someone else. Because of the time between it we already fixed the screen somewhere else since we were just passing through. Eventually we've gotten our money back without any questions asked!
I can only say that this is one of the most honest trustworthy IT stores I've ever encountered and I can only recommend them! They have a high quality service and a fast response time as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been nothing but impressed by the work I have had done by both Evan & Curtis at Alpine IT. They are knowledgeable, fast and have reasonable rates. I've had my Mac serviced at several computer stores in the Kootenays and this business has been far the best to deal with. I've recommended Alpine IT to a number of friends who've all been happy with the service they received and one who continues to ship their computer to Golden from out of town when requiring repairs even though she has access to electronics businesses in her own community.

Alpine IT had no issues with shipping my purchase to Calgary, and volunteered to give me a tutorial over the phone when it arrived. Highly recommend, good products and customer service.
