B	Brooke E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m 5 months pregnant and fell super hard on the ice, hit my head and this clinic is across the street so I tried to go there during open hours and they wouldn’t help me and told me to go else where, like I probably have a concussion and in a lot of pain but yeah go drive elsewhere instead of taking the two mins to look at me. It’s a couple days later and I’m still in a lot of pain and go there many hours before the end of the day and instead of giving an approximation of time before I could see a doctor, let’s book you in for another day. It’s supposed to be a walk in clinic. But apparently you can’t just walk in.
S	Shai-Anne Twin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are more worried about losing their licence then treating their patients properly. If you need regular pain meds you get treated like a drug addict. Dr. Benmockter is very impersonal and doesn't seem to care much about his patients.

This is a walk in clinic for peet sakes... And so I walked in and told them I needed to see a doctor. And the receptionist blatantly lies and says I'm new so I need to book an appointment. When I say okay she says I'm fully booked till next week... Then I told her the clinic is empty... There were no patients there and they couldn't take me... Garbage. I have worked at a medical clinic and I know how it works. This is a terrible clinic and it will be shut down soon. Mark my words. Racism at its finest by the employees there
I	Ian Dick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the doctors here, and I use the term doctor very very verrrrry loosely... Google symptoms right in front of you. They literally go from barely listening to what you just explained to them to opening up Google and hoping for the best. Hackity hack job. I spent 2 years in and out of this Mickey mouse club to try and get my carpal tunnel figured out. No follow up nothing. In the end I just ended up having to start the entire process over again at a different clinic. STAY AWAY. YOUVE BEEN WARNED.
L	Lauren Kay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Marta is a wonderful doc. We drive from downtown to see her. Cheryl at the desk is great. Otherwise, its touch and go with the desk staff. Sometimes, they are not friendly. The pharmacy is great and friendly. You don't need an appointment. I make one anyways though.
J	Julie Dick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a prescription for a medication to mix with current meds I am on. The mixture is NOT approved by the FDA and the medication is NOT used to treat my disorder. I did not fill the prescription. I will never come back, do not see Dr Benmuktar.

The Dr will petster you to come in for an appointment when you don't need to- even during this pandemic when we are advised by the Gvmt to stay home!!! Other physicians at different clinics are doing virtual calls- save yourself frustration and go to one of those clinics!!! Dr Ahmin even tried to CHARGE me for a prescription for Massage Therapy!!! Ridiculous!!
