★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, over promised under delivered on product, quality and service. They think they are doing well and providing great customer service but they are not. I will not buy here again . They said order was ready 3 weeks after ordering but it was not when I turned up and had to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found out about Timberland when I googled fence panels. Went to the store and was helped quickly. Placed an order and paid with Visa which they processed that day. I have been waiting weeks for the delivery of my fence panels. Everytime I call to get a delivery date the female that answers the phone tells me she will call me back. Never calls. When I call back she apologizes and tells me she will check order and call back....Never does. This has gone on for days. I have contacted Visa to arrange to have purchase removed. Funny thing..They also billed instantly for the $100 delivery fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest business - bought several fence panels from them for a lot of money. They obviously didn't season the wood properly, boards were warped within 2 days. Can literally see straight through 5 out of 6 panels. Called them 7 times. Was told each time that someone would call me back to see what my issue was. They never did, they never will. Crooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Timberland during the summer to buy a shed, sales reps have helped me throughout the process. I do not know anything about sheds and they offered a pre-fab shed ready to go and the delivery came earlier than expected. I will definitely recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I bought panels from Timberland and I would not recommend this company. Panels arrived and within 2 days gaps between them appeared. We tried calling and explaining that the product is faulty but after 7 calls (no return calls at all) they are not taking the responsibility for releasing a faulty product at all. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else. We will not be using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Timberland and they came to give us a complimentary quote. Sunny was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He explained how labour works and how long the job is, what materials they are using and how long labour would be, then emailed me a quote.
Kim called us and confirmed about our delivery. and it came right away
The day for the scheduled instalation, the installers were very fast. They cleaned up fast and nothing was left behind. They even took some of our leftover work that we have started on, but did not work out.
I was so happy I did not need to lift a finger to do this amazing job on my fence. Thank you Timberland! I highly recommend them to install fences!
