★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim’s by the River camping was so relaxing and quiet. We were nestled by the river and were able to keep cooled off during the hot days of our stay. We highly recommended trying it out and we will definitely be back!

A beautiful river with a few swimming holes and surprisingly warm water.
Tim is a very friendly guy who has built this gorgeous private campground around nature so it's not overly manicured which is lovely.
There is some very nice walking to be had.
Family friendly not a party place but at the same time if you are respectful then drinking and being up late are no problem.

We went Saturday on BC long weekend and it was less then half full so it's pretty easy to get last minute camping
I've only been once
I will go again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim was incredibly accommodating with us showing up late and he gave us an amazing spot down by the river. The campsite was spacious and had a great view. Tim even provided us a grill when we asked! Great price, hot showers and a very helpful host! Would reccomend to everyone looking for a beautiful place to camp for a couple days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome quiet little campsite in a beautiful natural setting. Stayed here overnight while passing through. Tim was kind and informative. There were plenty of available sites to choose from. $25 bucks a night. Our site had river access about 10' away. The water was clean, cool, and made a great escape from the heat. Though not deep, it was enough to submerge and enjoy. The site was private and clean. The bathroom/outhouse was also kept tidy and supplies were stocked. Tim runs a nice campground. Family friendly, quiet, peaceful, and gorgeous. 5 stars.

When I was working in real estate - it was the perfect get away - as I could still get calls and emails on my phone, and was available for my clients AND with my family. Many happy Tim's memories with our grandsons. Look forward to the next opportunity.
