★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not regarding a mortgage, but instead a huge recommendation of Tim in general. I met with Tim two years ago, not for a mortgage, but for a consolidation loan. I was swimming in debt and caught in an endless cycle of making minimum payments. I had been trying for weeks with TD (my previous bank) to secure a loan to get my best chance of getting on top of my debt but was continuously denied. I came into BMO to meet Tim, feeling somewhat broken and deterred that it would be the same scenario as TD. Right from the start Tim was comforting, professional and very quick to help me out. He managed to secure a consolidation loan within the same week with a fair interest rate and manageable payments. I took this opportunity and buckled down, worked really hard and managed to crush that loan in a year and a half, rather than the allotted five years he’d setup for me. I’m SO grateful for his services and I know for a fact I’d still be just barely treading water financially today if he hadn’t managed to work this out for me. Thank you Tim, you helped give me a second chance at financial well-being and I’m not wasting it!
