★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moody staff with very little caring for the quality of the products they serve. $3.80 for half a cup of cappuccino espresso. Staff quite frankly we're rude and generally not interested in people. Dont stop here even if you are desperate for a coffee.

They don’t even know how to make a cold brew or take an order. rude, unprofessional absolutely not worthy to be inside a tim location. specially the girl with a tatoo on her throat. She does not even know how to talk. poor poor behaviour and customer service. Avoid this location if you have option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience.. Ordered couple of wraps, name was not mentioned on it.. If asked, said “open the wrap and check it”. And ordered a quencher without ice they gave me half cup of drink for medium size quencher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a trucker driver I don't work 9-5, we work 24/7, we don't all eat at normal times like most people, I stop at Tim Hortons in Nipigon ON at 9:30pm which is located right beside a truck stop but yet can't get any food besides muffins and donuts. This isn't just this Tim Hortons but everyone I ever stop at, you are in the food service industry, it's time you start serving food for the entirety of you open business hours, some of us like to get some fuel for the road and support local business while on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow staff. Especially the gray hair old lady working at The bagel bar. Her attitude towards me changed when I asked her why they're closing breakfast before 4: 00pm. Immediately after her attitude change and it wasn't a pleasant experience overall. I'm a long haul trucker and I've been to so many Tims all over Canada this Tim Hortons seems to be the only one that gives me an unpleasant experience. Please hire folks that love their job.

I was travelling with my family and we went into the drive through, the skinny blonde at the window handed us our French vanilla with the hot drink spilling from the sides. When she was asked to clean it she wiped it with her hand saying “I don’t have time for this”. The truckers are evidently facing mistreatment If anything I am interested in purchasing this franchise to improve the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s busy as it is the only Tim Hortons easily accessible for truckers before Hearst and after Dryden. Sometimes your hot coffee turns into cold coffee until the rest of your order arrives. Other times it's quick as a flash. It depends on workers and their quickness.
