While I'm waiting for my coffees I was very shocked to see the lady at the window taking cups from a customer's vehicle back into the store. He'd think with covid ravaging everywhere as bad as it is that there would be better procedures in place to not only protect the workers but the customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I had them rated higher, but seriously, today they forgot half my order, I waited 10 minutes at the window for a coffee, and then the app didn't recognize my deal and super charged me... We talked about the deal at the speaker, and then she didn't say anything when it didn't take... Gets old, especially when I spend so much there! I love timmies and it's workers, but man....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has not fixed their ongoing public bathroom problem. Both men's and ladies bathroom are still OUT OF ORDER! It's going on two weeks now! And seems like they don't plan on fixing the problem soon !
