★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oak East is our favourite place to order lunch from. Food is carefully and deliciously prepared, with a great selection of things to try. The Peach Lemongrass iced tea is AMAZING!!! Shauna and her staff are kind and have excellent customer service very time we've been there ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite downtown restaurant! And I'm pretty sure I'm a regular now with how often I order their 'Goat Cheese Quesada' special on Thursdays. Whenever I have a lunch date or someone is in town, I always ask if they want to go to Oak Street. Their coffee is good, they have ice cream in the summer and hot chocolate and baked goods year round. Their portions are AMAZING too. I order their salad (if it's not a Thursday!) and if I'm super hungry I'll eat it all but often times I have leftovers. There is a great breakfast and lunch menu and they feature local art on the wall that is for sale.

Run by Indigenous lady.and her Mom..healthy foods, great ambiance and the artwork adorning the place.. wow..just wow..and did I mention Nish tacos...Taco Tuesdays...we.are.going back tomorrow for another dining experience..five stars all the way..support local..<3 support sovereignty
