They made me a sandwich from dryd bread, and terrible coffee and the shave the napkinsin my bag . Fully occupied by kids that don't care about what they give the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girl... the manager literally made fun and fat shamed my friend for buying too meny bagels AND called her broke. Mind you my friend is not even 15. She made fun of a child in front of the whole staff and anyone that was in there. She allowed an employee of hers to purposely mess with my friends bagel and still sell it to her while they all laughed. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Ive gone here to hangout with friends for years but I don't think I'll go back after this. I am disappointed in their immaturity and sadistic nature in humiliating my friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a loyal customer to this Tim Hortons for years but my recent trip was unfortunately the worst. Young man who took my order got it completely wrong and kept talking to the ground instead of talking to me . Whenever I received my order , I tried to tell them it was wrong and got nothing but attitude from 2 ladies and the young fellow . After this experience I don’t think I’ll be returning to the location .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too impressed what I saw. I ordered a decaf coffee. Appeared they didn't have any decaf made at the time so they poured regular into a cup and diluted it with hot water and gave it to me, instead of just said it will be a couple minutes for a fresh Brew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are SUPER inconsistent. My drinks taste completely different every time. It’s like no one was trained properly. They neglect counter and only care about drive thru. And even then the drive thru is still slow and the food is messy and the drinks are often poorly made. They only care their times and not quality. Extremely frustrating every time I go in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: My order is almost always incorrect at the drive through now. It's very frustrating. The staff are kind and understanding. The managers take pride in their work (which I always respect), and the cafe is clean. Thanks for the great food, great service, and the shortest waits around.
