I'm not sure if you're doing this so that you don't have to harass customers with they vaccine passports but if so, you could have the counter open and dining room closed.

I've also received attitude other times I've requested food orders here also ... imagine the gull & nerve of a customer ordering something advertised on the menu.
E	Eden Powell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve watched this place take an absolute dive over the past few years which is disappointing because want to support your local Tims but the slow, inaccurate service of disappointing products is a huge deterrent. I understand things are hard due to labour shortages right now but as somebody who also works in customer service, you can’t use COVID to excuse your own laziness and poor attitudes. If you can, take the drive to Palmerston.

But when orders arent done as requested and paid for, they shouldn't ge rude. How hard is it to change my tea to a tea without it being a coffee with a tea bag in it. And then to find it with no milk in it as requested. This is not the first time we have been to this location and we have had issues with a simple tea order
N	Neil Sarginson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a Tim Hortons coffee, food, sometime it is hot, sometime not. Products have become too complex for drive thru, too slow. Going inside does not help as not enough people on cash. I tend to avoid these days.

There is tons of parking and there is a drive-thru. Inside it has been made covid safe with dividers and distancing markers. Staff are friendly and everyone was wearing a mask!
