★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute, clean, place! The staff were friendly and helpful. We picked up two pies for take away (pumpkin, and an apple crisp) and they were VERY good. Fruit was a good texture and flavour, good mix of spices, not overly sweetened, and the pastry ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start off by saying that we’re a pretty prissy family. Visiting from Toronto we were not expecting a lot. This place blew us away. Amazing food smoothies drinks and surprisingly matcha latte and americano! Really unique food choices as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is such a hidden gem in the heart of Minnedosa! The interior is what you would expect based on the name of the establishment: modern farm house. We got seated in the patio and the weather was nice that we got to enjoy dining outside. Food was great! First if all, I needed to wake up and they served me a big cup of coffee, not a puny cup but a wake-you-up sized cup. I am thankful for that. Pictured below is the teriyaki beef bowl. It's not quite the traditional Asian teriyaki but good nonetheless. I particularly adored the Caesar salad and I should have just ordered full size instead of a side. What's really awesome about this place is the ambience. From the warm greeting and attentiveness of the staff to basically everyone (including the other diners) smiling faces, the air seemed to be relaxed and truly simply happy. I wore a smile myself the entire time (except when i was busy devouring my food, of course). Yes, I highly, highly recommend checking this place out when you're around the area. I, for one, am definitely coming back and bringing my friends and family to dine here. My only suggestion is to have some gluten free/friendly options as I wanted to try the sandwiches but couldn't. Overall I'm so glad to have found Farmhouse 50!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You gotta eat here, no seriously! Always a great meal for breakfast or lunch: amazing fresh flavours, great ingredients, superb portions. Their bakery and cafe items are also great.
Would recommend: prosciutto brie panini on focaccia (with Manitoba side salad), turkey clubhouse sandwich, kids quesadilla with taco beef!
