★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly it's THE best Tim Hortons hands down, none compare to the AMAZING staff, great food and hot coffee you get at this location!! Always clean, inside and out and on top of the AMAZING staff being friendly and hardworking most are fast AND efficient, so you can leave there fast, happy and with the right order!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drive through is very slow. Oftentimes one lineup is taking orders for 2 or more cars before taking orders from the other lineup.
Very frustrating for the customer waiting their turn to order.
Even more frustrating to go inside and wait too long to give and or receive their orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're too hectic and easily flustered if you try and order one of their more 'complicated' products. Especially with some of the older workers. Something as simple as a double double or 2 cream 1 sugar, and especially their cold brews have come out with more sugar than my stomach could handle.
Tim Hortons coffee in general gives me too much anxiety, so when I order a different product they are very less than accommodating when ordering something with less syrup/sugar. They always manage to forget to add a straw to my order when ordering a drink, sometimes you need to ask multiple times, ordering at the drivethrough order and and at the window. If we forget they forget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lineups at drive thru take forever and going in is worse they say they’re hiring but don’t answer ANY job applications which may help reduce wait times . More than once this location did not have ice Capp mix after the recall bc they didn’t order enough and I drove elsewhere to get coffee . They seem polite at the window but there has deff been times they also burn coffee or don’t stir or offer a stir stick making the nearly 30 min wait a waste of time .
