About Liv Fresh Eatery & Catering
Liv Fresh Catering was created in 2011. My passion for cooking fresh & healthy food launched as a home-based business. Starting small scale with catering, special occasions cakes and rink lunches. The demand for meals grew. In 2016 my pick up location/kitchen facility in Southey, Sk opened. Still accommodating catering & occasion cakes, I added a full fresh menu available to walk-in customers. In November of 2019 our eat-in establishment opened on Railway Avenue in Southey, Sk with an updated name!
I love to create, to be challenged, and to see the happiness that radiates from customers when a dish becomes something they love and crave. My love of offering customers fresh & healthy meals has always been & remains my passion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was great and in house made. I had the stacked beef burger with Cesar salad and the burger was perfectly cooked and juicy and the Cesar salad was great fresh salad. They also make poutines which isn't on the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for the best fish and chips in southern Sask, look no further. Their Friday Fish and chips special is second to none. We have been to almost every restaurant in Regina and they don’t come close to Liv Fresh for her fish and chips - well worth the 45 minute drive. But order ahead, she sells out fast!!
