R	Rachel Williamson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen such poor customer service as I have at this Tim Horton . I am French. My husband is not. He would try very hard to speak your language. This cashier could hardly understand English. He ask for a medium regular coffee. She asked him if he wanted cream. He repeated his order of a medium regular coffee. She again asked him if he wanted sugar. He said jus a regular coffee please. She just couldn't figure out that all he wanted want was un cafe regular. Pas dure? Not hard ? Then I stepped in and told her was a regular coffee in French . Then the light came on. He then proceeded to request a banana bread. We got the order and it was wrong. She gave him a banana muffin.. I told her she made a mistake. She said no. I said yes he ordered a banana bread. I had taken the banana muffin out of the bag and put it on the counter. She picked it up and put it back with the other muffins and grabbed a banana bread. I told her this was very poor service. She proceeded to tell me with nasty smirk that oh well maybe will do better next time. I hope the owners are reading this. If his money is not good enough to even receive a thank you for shopping here and have a good day, then maybe we will keep our money somewhere else. It makes you feel very unwelcome and unworthy of good services . ??????
b	bvh 66 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asking for toilet paper the waitress looked as if she didn't knew what toilet paper is... Lucky is, we brought our own toilet paper. Will never return to this Tim Hortons and hope other tourist won't neither.
N	Nathan Price on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very nice experience at your comfortable cafe because this place is clean and tidy, the personnel is very nice, friendly and welcoming and the quality of the food and drinks is very good. The prices is very affordable. I will recommend this to stop and rest beside the highway.

J	James Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim's is Tim's cookie cutter not much difference from one to another. That being said you know what to expect the only difference being portions. Someone should make sure that is cookie cutter also.Believe me size matters. Just because you competition went small donuts does not mean you should follow suit. Do the oposite go the other way take back your market share. Spend a little get a lot. Cut your prices well everyone else is going crazy. Be the fore runner people will be squeezed only so much then profits will fall. It's all about convience you can still make coffee and bake goods or buy at a fraction of a price.
K	KAREN WALTON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a huge Tim Horton customer but this particular store was awful. We stopped in on Sunday August 18 around 7-8 for a tea and break from travel. There were at least 4 or 5 staff working but only one was serving the LINE UP of customers. This boy was also filling and preparing new coffee pots as well as getting the orders from the customers in line. The other workers were emptying the baking trays and general “clean up”. Which would have been fine if there weren’t quite a long line of people to serve. They could’ve stopped for a few minutes to help the guy on cash. Also the bathroom soap dispenser was just sitting on the counter without the holder or dispenser. The floor behind the counter (by the food prep area) was covered with garbage food that obviously fell as they prepared. But it seemed to be an awful lot of mess. Definitely not a quality Tim Hortons. A Disappointment for Tim Horton’s chain. But thankfully it’s not the local one that I frequent.
