★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually have no issues here at all. I go here pretty much every morning for coffee, and sometimes even breakfast!
BUT the new person in the drive thru, the guy who speaks SUPER fast and rushes your order, is honestly extremely annoying.
I don't understand a thing he says when he speaks that fast, and he said his classic "Have payment ready..." script before I even finished my order.
I honestly really prefer it when the ladies are the ones doing the drive thru because they're always nice.
As soon as I hear this guy's voice rushing me, I know I'm going to dread this visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Tim Horton at the esso station hired a very hard going old lady, just keep giving you hard time - I already earned two rewards. I should be able to get at least one free coffee, but she kept asking me to pay for the whole order and won't even let me finish my whole order. Going to delete the Tim Horton rewards app. Too bad no zero star can be given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls at the window in the morning are always as pleasant as they can be even when they're obviously stressed from how busy it is. 99% of the time my order is correct in the drive through, Orders are usually 1 minute or less per vehicle, It's a typical Canadian Coffee Shop, unless you get a bloat-tard who orders for the entire office in the drive-through, like an idiot. If you are looking for a quiet Tim's to goto in the evening, this may be the one. Food and Drinks are always hot and made when ordered.
Some of the other reviews sound like they were made by dumb/inconsiderate/misinformed/self-righteous people, just ignore them.
*edit* Just stopped in for a nice coffee and Boston Creme Donut, B for effort lol. It was the right color at least and the coffee was correct Hahaha. Not sure where the regular girls have gone to, not seeing much of them anymore and my orders are starting to get messed up, on occasion they've even taken my order, my pay and then informed me they sold me things that they didn't have, like hashbrowns, so we asked for a muffin, they didn't have that either, as an alternative, the newer girl offered me hashbrowns... :/ ... we had to remind her that they didn't have any lol. Anyway, my guess is there's some new people there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I was friendly and spoke kindly to the older female employee while I ordered. I asked if I could get a grilled breakfast wrap, and she responded in a rude manner, "which one?? sausage, bacon, what!??" I was being polite enough, so she should not have responded to me this way. It is not like I am a homeless person begging for money or something. I have a good job and was dressed in all reflective gear for it. Also, for a $4 wrap, I was expecting a bit more. I posted pictures for reference. I am quite disappointed at the service I received. I will not order from this location again.
