They never get there orders correct. the window staff is very unfriendly. the cleanliness of there parking lot and garbage cans are disgusting. They over work there staff to the point they can't keep staff members so the quality of food is always changing.

No decafinated coffee at 05:00 a m. Was told I would have to wait 6 to 7 minutes., I thought Tim Hortons brewed a pot in 3 minutes. $$ spent elsewhere.

Totally unacceptable customer service, guy at drive thru window was so rude. Even When we complaint about his behaviour to the manager. She was not ready to listen.

Just popped through the drive thru and picked up a couple of double-doubles and a steeped tea. I find this particular store is really not accces friendly, Iive close by, but the unfortunate road access just screams ACCIDENT!! The parking lot is really not the best ~ cramped and exists are both not the best. I usually go to another or if I am being picked up, I ask my friend to stop on the way.

Terrible! I was told go wait in front of the store from drive thru, 5 min later they come with the wrong order, go back inside as I thought they were rectifying there mistake, just have another employee come out with same order saying to me "YOU" didn't order this to my reply no and I repeated my order, they go back inside and 25 min later I have my right order. To get home and find no bacon on my BLT and sausage on my husbands sandwich when I asked for bacon. Just unbelievable, very poor communication won't be back to this location, winnipeg. And Ross always has issues with this location!

Horrible drive through service. Cashiers don't even let you say your full order and rush to close your order every time. We told them we were not done ordering and they still did not listen. We only got drinks when we wanted to order breakfast as well. They gave us the wrong drink. There was NO line up so zero reason to rush and have poor customer service.

Good service at this location, nicely renovated, friendly staff and not too busy. Inside IS NOT 24hrs, only the drive-thru is.

I gave the location a try again for a week and a simple dark roast with 3 sugars seems to be out of their reach to achieve such an easy goal. Out of the 5 cups of coffee, 2 were lukewarm one was not even dark roast and I'm not sure if they bothered to put sugar in it and I think maybe one cup of coffee was properly made and it was different staff for only one night. And this was about 11:00 p.m. at night every night. Plus the guy that works the night shift or the late evening shift really seems to hate his job because he doesn't even say hello or welcome to Tim Hortons or nothing. He just grumbles ask what's what you want and says drive ahead and grumble some more. Also he doesn't know all the wear a mask either because his nose is always hanging out.
