★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time there. It was interesting to see the variety of items available to accessorize a truck. We were looking for Weather Tec mats, which they did sell but would have to order in. We received great customer service and were introduced to Husky mats for our truck, a different brand similar to the Weather Tec ones. The Husky mats were in stock and a bit cheaper. They are more flexible and fit perfectly in. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse service ever! After an order made on August 20th with the promise it will be ready in 10 days, up to today September 12th it is not ready. We want the money back, but the owner is not giving it neither. No answer the phone calls, no interest in the customers, we feel like we are doing the all business for him. Never recommended, and be careful before you go if you don't want to end disappointed as we are, this company does not deserve to be in business.

bought a roll up bed cover for my truck, after one week changed my mind wanted to switch to a hard cover. won't accept return & exchange. Second time bought 4 mud flaps and been told thats all you need to install them. went back home & found there was no way to do it. went back to the store and ask them to install it. charged me another "installation kit" besides labor. Interesting, ready for install now need something else. prob the only way to get it installed is to find them so they can sell you something else?
Won't go back anymore and will tell all of my friends to avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. I went here when I had a problem with my roof rack, and they went above and beyond. They didn't have the parts in stock, but repaired the damaged part for me, and gave me the part number to order the damaged part when I got back to my home city.
Didn't make a sale that day, but helped me out and if I need help again when I'm in Regina I will definitely come back.

Spent thousands of dollars and waited months for parts to arrive and then they got annoyed when you contact them ONCE to inquire about the product whereabouts. As if me spending 7000$ there was a nuisance. They remind you of how you aren't the only one waiting and you shouldn't be impatient. Would advise spending your money somewhere that your sale will be valued.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service following my purchase. First they provided me a package deal and I was told the lug nuts would fit my vehicle, which they did not. I returned and they refused to provide the proper lug nuts unless I paid full price for them and had the audacity to ask for the other ones back. Upon the final instal, I discovered the four rims only came with one centre cap bolt. After close to 10 calls and 10 months, I finally received the proper bolts.
