I asked for my money back and got and left i will not ever return there no excuse for that type of service ppl work hard for their money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this new location and always stop here now on my way to Winnipeg from Winkler! Staff is super friendly and professional and they always have a great selection of donuts and other food and drinks unlike Tim's in busier towns and cities. Also I love the hockey sticks as door handles lol ? Very Canadian!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They mess up my order EVERY TIME I go. They forget things and give me the wrong item. Tonight went to get the spicy buffalo wrap came home and opened some different wrap with corn it. Not what I ordered at all. If it wasn’t for them being Tim Horotons I would never return. They have messed my order up 5/5 times I have been there. Handing me the wrong bagel, forgetting wraps and hash browns. This is RIDICULOUS!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to carman tim hortons at 9pm and the girl taking my order was so friendly and happy and my london fog was perfect and super fast, Sara suggested it for me and I loved it, She was also the one at the window and created a wonderful experience for me I highly recommend this Tim hortons

Coffee and cheese biscuit were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have tried numerous times to get chili at night! 7:00 pm always sold out?? Many of my friends say the same. The rule only make one batch and only make one more batch at 3:00 pm. What rule is that?? Your losing out. Listen to your customer needs. Or just be like the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow. There is a consistent wait time of at least 10 minutes in the drive through. Time of day doesn't seem to matter. Do not recommend if you're in a rush of any kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in during the late morning just before lunch. Staff quickly welcomed me and help me make my order. I had a black coffee, a honey cruller and some timbits. The place was clean and free wifi was available.
