★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given up on Tim Hortons as a fast food place completely. I ordered an everything bagel double toasted with cream cheese last week, first time since March. I got it double toasted and what amounted to the equivalent of spreading a thin layer of mayo for cream cheese. Today I went to a completely different Tim's (2 hours away). I ordered the exact thing and I got the proper amount of cream cheese, but definitely not double toasted and the bagel was stale. Absolutely fed up wasting money and food at this establishment. I gave up ordering tea because they can't get a drink correct to save their lives more than 50% of the time. The bagels were hit a miss, but now, they're all misses. Just an encouragement to make your own food.

Such a bad experience at this tim all the time.
Management is not doing anything about it too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with this particular Tim Hortons. After a fairly lengthy wait Adrian gave my order to another customer. Slow and distracted staff. Will avoid Newcastle Travel Plaza on my future trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely rude customer service. They closed the drive thru without a sign and addressed me rudely when I tried to order at the window. There was no indication that they were closed, and they had no reason to be that rude.
