★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very frustrated with this Tim hortons the service I got from the lady behind the counter was incredibly rude. I got there around 9:15 this evening my husband and I had been driving for around 10 hours and were looking for a quick stop for food on our way through. I went in and I tried to order grill cheese first and then the lady rudely explained the grill is off because they close at 10. So I simply ordered a sandwich that I told the bread could not be toasted. I said okay that's fine at this point I just need food. I then tried to order chili then I was told they had no soup because they close at 10 I then tried to order a wrap wasn't able to get that either. I then attempted to order a bagel which I could not get either because it couldn't be toasted. Not sure what the issue with this Tim hortons is I have been to others that close at 10 and they have no problem serving me what I am looking for. I am very shocked with the way I was treated it is like I was an inconvenience the lady working there because they closed at 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good Tim Hortons! The regular black coffee did not taste good. They clearly had no filtration system for the water. We came back a second time and they seemed very annoyed when we wanted to customize our coffee order. In addition, the bathrooms and entire restaurant where very dirty. I don't judge all Tim Hortons based on this location,,, but this is not a good one! I get sometimes things are in tougher locations... But still, improvements can and should be implemented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cash only. I said no problem. Lady had a hard time understanding bacon grill cheese melt. Tried to give us a BELT. Got the order, asked them to toss out a piece of garbage and they said NO. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EVERYTIME I come to this location they cannot get my order correct. Or getting bottom of the pot coffee. Even if I'm ordering ONE item... They'll get it wrong. Lol then I'll get someone arguing. To the fact that I have to go in and say MAKE ME the second one the way I'm asking. If it doesn't look different I'LL buy both. I was right btw...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey this place totally friendly staff and even though they are a fairly busy Tim Horton's ive never had an issue it can be dine inn or taken it home via drive through they are fast considering that taking food orders in drive through line up and youll have your order withib just a few minutes.. enjoy!!!!
