★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO STAR! Very poor customer service. The guy working at the counter didn’t even say “Hi”, just stare at me without expression. Waited more or less 10mins for our orders (<$8 breakfast). The worse part was - NONE of our orders were right!! TERRIBLE EXPERIECED! July 24, 2020 - 7:45am

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst service took more then 30 minutes to get served my 4 dollar ice cap and wasnt even filled and there was 4 people infront of me and 15 behind . Will never stop here and would never recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this timhortortons to order for breakfast, the customer service is very bad with very bad behavior with the customers. Especially Desay, she is very rude to scan the tim Hortons card as well. When the tim Hortons head office doesn't teach there staff to ask for the card what is the use of releasing it every year. Please make sure you maintain your brand standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to order breakfast wraps. The employee wasn't listening to me. I was very clear when speaking. The manager was present and tried to help but did so unsuccessfully. After patiently waiting for my food i realized that it they had gotten wrong for a third time and i didnt have time to stay and allow them to remake it. Wouldn't recommend anyone stopping here unless you have a lot of time and patience

Tasted like diesel fuel. I'm pretty sure they cleaned the machine with chemicals and then made my shot ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most inefficient staff I have seen ever in a Tim Horton. I have been there couple of times . Being only coffee shop in that area doesn’t mean that they will provide poor service. They never have latte!! This time they didn’t even understand my simple coffee order and I was supposed to get 2X points but don’t know what they did. I didn’t get any normal points too. Moreover the transaction also not showing up on my app. Don’t know how they do these silly mistakes. I asked for Timbits and staff was saying we don’t have timbits rather we have Timbeets. What?? I finally ended up taking only one coffee without earning any points though I had 2X offer activated . Very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service with most items in stock. I have been to this Tim Hortons on many different occasions and it never disappoints. Being the only Tim's in the area it can get pretty busy but that is beyond the control of the staff. A great place to stop for a quick snack and washroom break. Despite the high volume of customers coming to this Tim's I have never had problems parking due to the big parking lot. These negative reviews are not like anything I have experienced at this Tim's. I would highly recommend.
