★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their gravy has lost its flavor, used to be the best stuff around. Today I ordered a bowl through Skip. I've had the bowl before, usually pretty good with the other ingredients. Today it tasted like someone mixed in dish water! I couldn't eat after the second bite. And nobody answered the phone at their store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why I go back. They either give you the wrong thing or they forget stuff. I've been given the wrong salad, no gravy, and no fries, etc. It's paid for they get the money and you don't get what you order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called yesterday about a food order that I was given in drive thru that was incorrect. No only was it incorrect, it was not edible. The gravy was so thick and tasteless it looked like brown butter. The chicken was so over cooked the legs couldn’t be eaten. The fries were so soggy they were wet and full of grease like they were made the day before. I called the store 5 times to complain and no one answered. I filled a complaint online and finally got a call back. The guy wouldn’t give me a refund and offered a free replacement meal. Well after being violently ill from the food, I called back to request a refund and the lady told me NO! She was very rude and wouldn’t let me talk. I will NEVER eat here again and will make sure anyone I know will not eat here either. Disgusting food and even worse service.
