N	Nick Gotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location was filthy. 5:30 PM the counters, floors, equipment, glass partitions and garbage cans overflowing. I don't care how busy they get you can tell that there was long term filth in this location. Clean it up already.

I was on my break and went to grab quick lunch, they made me wait for 15 mins and told me it would take 30 minutes for the crispy chicken, so when they know it , they should have told me while taking the order. Very poor communication skills between the team and atleast during lunch and rush hours they should work on their communication. So in my 30 mins break I have spend 5 mins in the line(understandable) + 15 -20 minutes for the miss communicated order. Waste of my break, and I have to go back to work empty stomach. Such a frustrating thing.

If you are able to find available seating, it is a nice atmosphere to catch up with friends but often times it’s super busy. Since there is no drive thru I guess that plays a major factor

She was very excited to run in and get a donut after running to the door and dancing around she started having one of her bad coughing fits. While other customers were giving ugly looks. A young man working behind the till had gone and poured her a glass of water and checked to make sure she was okay. That was great role model of how all employees should be and handle situations! Thankyou so much
G	Gyslene Boisvert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depending on when you go, it could take some time waiting in 5he line up , I like using their mobile order app best so it's ready when I arrive and I can skip waiting in the line up. The bathrooms are always dirty I try not to use them. And they are very limited for seating arrangements.

Cody in particular was helpful with realizing what I was looking for and giving advice. The wrap was delicious and the service was excellent from all. Ty!

We bought coffees, found a seat away from other customers, and were talking. At 10pm the employees started flashing the lights at us repeatedly, which was quite rude. At 10:30pm they asked us to leave. They locked the doors behind us and other customers arrived expecting it to be open (because 10:30 is 30 minutes before stated closing time) but found the doors locked. We weren't being rude and we were vigilant of the time. We just needed a quiet, safe place to talk. Instead we were treated poorly by staff. Considering this location is next to a hospital, the staff should be more considerate of patrons. Their behavior was rude and uncalled for.
