★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know a few of the employees and love coming here as all of the employees are just always so nice. I mostly use the drive thru. The line is usually pretty long but moves quickly.
One day the line was at a standstill and they comped my ice Capp because I waited a long time. I wasn't upset at all, I understand some folks have big orders, but it was a kind gesture. It was a bit melted, so I guess they felt bad. It still tasted great!
I've been to this location so much, and maybe only had 1 or 2 issues with orders that were quickly rectified.
Thank you all so much for keeping the coffee flowing during the pandemic. You folks rock!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management should be ASHAMED of the quality of customer service first thing in the morning. There should be a limit as to how long a person should have to wait for large coffee and a muffin. The weekends seem to be worse first thing in the morning also. So sad !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Tims in Brandon. I don’t think I have ever gone to this location where they either didn’t mess up my order, not have what I wanted in stock or made me wait forever. Will go out of my way from now on and go to the Tims on 1st.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management should arrange a another training program for night crew members as they are always rude and never willing to take orders. I got treated as i was not welcomed there at all…. I could stop drinking coffee but will never go to this Loaction. If you wanna get treated better don’t ask them for anything except coffee not even tea…
