We need one more Tim Horton in the town as well specifically close to church. This one is slightly far and extremely busy in the morning time.

โ โ โ โ โ This tim hortons is one of the slowest service chains I've ever been to. It took 25 minutes for me to order and it's probably going to take another 40 to get my order. You're better off going to McDonald's up the street.
Update: it has now been 40 minutes and I'm still sitting in this drive thru with no end in site. Why have I already wasted a quarter of a tank of gas from just idling.

Ordered a bagel with peanut butter, NO PEANUT BUTTER WAS GIVEN because an employee โclaimedโ to be allergic and didnโt want to put it on.. also ordered the new wrap for $8 that was half the size of the $5 craveable.. No frozen lemonade available, no chipotle mayo in the sandwich. Tim Hortons at its worstโฆ

โ โ โ โ โ I frequent this store 3-5 times a week on my way to and from work- each time I order the same thing. Firstly, each time my order comes to a different total for the exact same three items every day. Each time my order comes with different toppings, I usually receive the wrong muffin, and my coffee order is typically incorrect. Iโm mostly irritated that I continue to support this store specifically on my way to and from work for its convenience despite the issues Ive consistently experienced. I certainly donโt want to feel as though I have wasted my money. Iโll be hitting the store in Brechin instead.

โ โ โ โ โ By far one of the best time Hortons. The guy with the rose tattoo on his arm who works nights is by far one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He was endlessly helpful and just so happy to be working there even though it was 11:22 pm. This is why I love Orillia. Everyone here is always so kind and helpful!

โ โ โ โ โ Usually Tim's is fine. Never my favorite coffee, but this location seems to be the only coffee for miles. The drive thru moves slowly and 15-20 min waiting is being kind. Staff though was friendly and helpful. And maybe the wait is justified by the fresh coffees we got.
