★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Tim Horton should learn from other Tim Horton to have one end for mobile pickup and the other end for in-store order pickups. That will limit the confusions that customers have and push the speed of processing each order a bit faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s Tim Hortons. The coffee is below average and the donuts are average. Chain donut shop that is relatively inexpensive and service is quick. This location had minimal seating and parking outside. Located in the middle of denman street about 5 minutes walk from English bay. If you want decent coffee in the area go to Delanys instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went this Tim Hortons a week ago in morning around 6:30 am and there were lots of customers. However, the customer service was very good even in such rush. A team member having name tag of Daman was such a faster worker and he adjusted everything in a very nice way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Lazy Staff" I have never seen in entire Vancouver. Tim Hortons is a Coffee Restaurant just serve the coffee properly just freshly brewed. Do not mix the old left over and mix the brewing coffee in between. In efficient manger and in efficient staff , waste of time and waste of money. I wish they should lose this location because of lazy staff, ruining the brand name and reputation.

Quick service.
Coffee is rarely fresh and tables are sometimes dirty.
Can become very busy and crowded as it's tourist area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location near the city beach and Stanley Park. Washrooms were clean. As for the food, well it is Tim Hortons, quality is good considering the prices. When visited it was not too crowded and a table could easily be found.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical tim Hortons with some slow service however place is immaculate clean compared to all other tim Hortons.
Coffee ☕ taste just OK here food standard fresh.
Its the only tim Hortons option in this wast area not sure why a small corner store with limited staff
