M	Melody Spencer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have many food allergies so Timmy's hasn't had much that i could eat in the past. Now with their milk alternatives I am finding myself going back for the cinnamon oat milk latte every chance I get! So yummy ?
M	Myra Liwanag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far this is least fave among timmies store.I Know its busy but hope they can check on the mens bathroom water on the floor unclean toilets,Try the timmies app but wont accept the scan code for the promo,hash was greasy and the sandwich is like done in a hurry less appealing to tims standard.
D	D F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Tim Hortons is terrible. Screw up 4 out of 5 orders. Yesterday I was asked to pull ahead and park. Waited around 7 minutes for a wrap which isn’t the end of the world, but when the girl finally brought it out, she was busy walking and texting on her phone. Stopped for a few seconds half way to my vehicle to continue texting and laughing at her text convo. Continued texting until she got to my vehicle, then after a few extra seconds of texting she handed me my wrap and said sorry for the wait. Also lack of hair nets and regularly unclean store. Worth the drive to Castlegar to avoid Trails store.
j	john mason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in and waited at serving area. And waited . And waited. Not even acknowledge as being there. The staff were solely focused on the drive through which was also backed up. If you’re in business recruit more staff! I left without anything!

Worst service, extremely hard to understand. and are very rude. I was a die hard Timmies fan, I went at least once a day, but because of Trail Tim Hortons I have not been to a Tim Hortons in over a year. Congratulations on being successful at desecrating a great business.

The order taker in the drive thru was rude and pushy, clearly should not be working in customer service!! When he handed our food out the window the bag had a rip in the bottom and our wraps almost fell right out. They failed to tell us they did not have hash browns which were supposed to be in the farmers wraps we ordered… instead they tell us at the window, so we got donuts instead of hash browns for our meals… However our farmers wraps were made without the hash brown?! Most sloppy wraps we have ever seen. Why make your customers pay for some you DO NOT HAVE. Will not be returning or giving my business to this Tims! Wish we would have looked at the reviews before going.. Sad excuse of a location for such a great franchise.
J	Joe Boland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re in a rush (and by that I mean don’t have half an hour), avoid this location at all costs. I’m not kidding. The wait was so bad on Thursday that I clocked the location at an average of FOUR MINUTES per order ahead of me. As someone who spent over 10 years in fast-paced retail and food service environments, that would be considered appalling by any manager I ever worked for. I’ve always had a poor experience at this drive-thru, from the abysmal wait time to order right through to the rude and impatient employees at the window. About the only thing they’re consistent with, really — they’re always out of what anyone would consider staple Tim Hortons baked goods, with only ever a couple of types of donuts or Timbits available. I go here just often enough to remind myself why I don’t go more often.

Every table was covered in crumbs and debris, had not been wiped down between clients. The washroom was totally disgusting, had not been cleaned for an extended period. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
