★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't believe this place calls itself a "restaurant". A severe lack of management, inventory, and staffing brings this place to the point where they have no food items at the peak of lunch and they don't even stay open 24hrs anymore. How is this possible? You can go in at noon and they won't have the backup, to your backup, to your backup. You wait 15 minutes in a drive thru just to hear "no we're out of chilli, no we don't have chicken either, sorry we don't serve that breakfast item anymore because of the time" so you don't have breakfast items, or lunch items? Stick to coffee, or put a big digital sign outside that shows currently out of stock items so you don't waste your customers time, and subject your staff to upset customers so often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where the donuts keep getting smaller, the cups gets thinner, the prices keep going up, and the french vanillas are always half full.
The product themselves taste good, but not sure it's worth the half-empty cups and raised prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a medium coffee with 2 cream. I get to the window and they say I owe over $10 for a cup of coffee! They corrected the issue and I paid just for my coffee but I didn't get my "Roll-up-the-Rim" after?.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this Tim Hortons. In fact all the locations in Steinbach are often difficult or my orders are wrong. Which is probably why I don't often go for Timmies anymore.

was very rude and seemed like she did not want to be
there and also the service was very slow and had to
confirm my order a total of 4 times to her and still she
did not get it right. I ordered a double double but gave
me a peppermint tea instead and she kept insisting it
was mine and after a minute going back and forth
another person came and gave me my Double double.
the person that was arguing with me was "Mya".
Please do something about this, thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drinks were exactly as expected, but this location does not have an online order pickup location. I ordered drinks online in order to be on my way faster and still had to stand in line and wait for the cashier. Completely defeats the purpose of ordering online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had an early lunch here today. The restaurant was disgusting. Had to go sit by the bathrooms to find a clean table as everything is covered in food and spilled drinks. As others came in we were not the only ones finding this an issue. From where we sat the state of the drink area was abhorrent. Everything was a mess. I've worked at a Tim Hortons years ago, the standards would never have allowed for things to left in such a state. Made me really question what the food prep area must be like.
