★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could - ratings , I will, pathetic employee. I came here between 7:45pm to 8:15pm to get large latte and what i got was just plain milk. Since i was driving, i called to ask that what had happened & the employee was not even apologetic for the error, infact showed attitude & hung up. Is this the behavior which i should expect… pathetic pathetic pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the Holiday DIY donut kit from this place and all that came with it was plain donuts (not the stuffed ones like was supposed to come with it) and a 1/4 of a little piping bag of whip cream and some sprinkles. Nothing else. It was very disappointing. We ended up having to buy our own icing and toppings to make it fun for the kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. They accepted my gift cards. I will definitely go back to Brandon for Tim Horton's. Gladstone Mb,Canada has got to get their act together. Refusing gift cards is just not acceptable at any time. Please return to me about this customer service. They said they had a new system. Customer service said, " Get them to call us and we will walk them through the manual procedure." They refused. They lost my business and my Dad's and we were both regular customers. We will find another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALWAYS put wayy too much cream/milk in tea? Ask for 1cream & they still basically give you milk, it's gross. Also, they add more sugar than you ask for. And no, it was not a trainee, I've had this issue multiple times at this Tim's. Absolutely recommend any Tim's in town, but this one.
Also, move that disgusting "freedom" convoy car, what an eye sore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Washrooms are stinky and dirty. Managers should ask their staff to clean. It’s unacceptable smell like someone pee all over the place. The employees are just standing around waiting for customers. Not so friendly. The soup and sandwich station is also dirty. They need to clean the whole place whoever is managing that store.
