★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have one size and one price. Pizza is made in fire and it is fast as it is named. It is delicious and oil free. What I like most about it is you can choose as many toppings as you want. I ate there only once, and I think I will go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pizza place is amazing. I've been to a similar type of place in toronto (pi co) and FastFired blows it away. The pizza is better, and it's cheaper. The ingredients are sustainable and locally sourced. The two gentlemen behind the counter were very professional. We (wife 2 kids) had a great experience and will stop in on our way back from BC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good: Great selection of meat, cheese, and vegetable toppings for both pizza and salad. Crust was excellent quality. Was served fairly quickly. Suite was clean and an appropriate temperature.
Bad: Meat topping quality is sub-par (chicken is completely shredded, sausage is quite fatty with a "breakfast sausage" seasoning, however the cheeses and vegetables seemed decent quality. There is absolutely NO FLOW for customers to line up towards the counter. Not sure if there are bathrooms here; if there is, they aren't clearly labelled from the general seating area.
Ugly: The person who made my pizza didn't speak clearly to me; often has his head down mumbling at the pizza. My pizza was very under-cooked (see picture) and my salad was over-dressed and poorly prepared (I asked for an oil-vinaigrette and the dude didn't bother to shake it so all I got was oil).
Fat chance I will return unless dragged in by someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped into fast fired on my way home from Regina. Was craving pizza but didn't want dominoes. First of all, loved the concept. It's kind of like subway for pizza (better tasting). You pick your dough, they roll it out in front of you, then you pick your sauce and whatever toppings you want. Then they through it into a pizza oven and it's done. There are better pizzas out there but this pizza was still pretty good. It gets 5 stars from me because of the customer service, experience, restaurant atmosphere, and speed of service. Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in yesterday on our way home, was the first time here for us. A wonderful concept, set up is similar to a subway with your choices of dough, sauces and toppings all in view. A large variety of toppings to choose from and everything looked good and fresh. An amazing experience having our pizzas built with care, right in front of us, from the spreading of the dough to the cooking, and it was all done so fast! Our server was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The pizzas were delicious, cooked perfectly, and the crust was nice and firm. Great price and very impressed with everything. So glad we discovered this place, will definitely be back when next here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here since they opened in Brandon. The staff who were working today were unfortunately not very good. Since new management it’s been unprofessional and not very welcoming. The new menu is fine but prices have gone up noticeably which I’m okay with but at least have good costumer service and staff that know what their doing. Just kids running this place now it seems with bad attitudes. Hopefully somebody can help turn this place around to what it used to be.
