K	Kristal M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend anyone go here... I Went to have my hair colored, and was very clear in what I wanted. I had even shown a picture of what I wanted. Not only was I charged the outrageous amount of $350, but I walked out with the same color I walked in with. My hair color wasn't changed at all! To make matters worse, she didn't even wash all the dye out of my hair. I still had it along the back of my neck and by my ears. Now I have to pay more money to have someone else to correct the mess they made. "Customer Support" is absolutely useless. I reached out to them and never received a response.

The salon was very professional and followed all Covid mandated regulations. My son loves the way his hair looks and wants to go back to have Rodel cut his hair again.

I left with even more damaged hair having paid more than $300. I have such bad split ends coz the stylist kept pulling it soo much. I even offered to comb my own hair coz it hurt soooo much and I could feel my hair breaking. I attached a picture of one strand of hair but every other hair looks like this. I am extremely disappointed! I really thought a big company like chatters would get this right.
A	Ashlyn Wood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called and asked how much it would be they told me around 100-150$ I was on a budget but that was a good price for me when I got there I felt that i was being pressured into other products and It wasn’t what I wanted I was unsatisfied with the outcome of my hair and when I went to pay it was 280$ when I didn’t want a hair cut but she gave me one anyway I was confused as to why it so was much money when they said it would be 165$ before she began doing my hair definitely not coming back

I do wish hair salons were professionally trained to care for coily black hair. I am black my children are mixed. I have to trust that someone has had experience with my kind of hair without proof/ certificate/ pictures. Oh well my babies were well taken care of. I'm grateful for that☺️.

Was booked for only a quick one colour session, but she made sure that I got what I wanted with more than one colour,(tone on top), and cut in a way that I love it! She made sure to note everything I got done so that should I want to, I can go back and just get touch ups easily. Took about 4 hours, but with with amount of hair and even her being quick with another while my dye was setting in, I'm highly recommending this place and her to any I know!

L	Lia Suzanne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Booked a last minute with Jodi, pleased with the results and the service. I was greeted, directed to the waiting area then checked in and seen within 5 mins. I brought a few pictures showing my desired look, taking my hair type into consideration. Got a shampoo, cut/style and blowout and I was asked multiple times throughout the appointment if the length was suitable for my taste. If you have a problem with this salon, you maybe should have been clear with what you wanted prior and during the visit..., I had no issues and I’ll be back! The ONLY thing, I would have liked to see cleaner mirrors and sinks, just to make it that much nicer, and offered a glass of water. Other than that- great!
