★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would do no stars if i could. Wanted to treat myself to a boston cream donut, havent had one for a while. Biggest mistake of my life! All boston, no cream. Who does that? Do not recommend. How does someone forget to put the cream in the boston cream donuts? Iced coffee was ok though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero if there was an option. Ordered drive through and specifically asked for no meat in English mcmuffin, came with meat. The wraps were not done right as were missing tomato and lettuce, which was requested when ordered. Not a good customer service experience, would not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars if that was an option! Why do they bother asking you what you want, when they don't listen and then get upset with you when you tell them the order is wrong... ? Then they snap at you like it's your fault that they didn't get it right!? Try this: " listen to what the customer is ordering. Place the order and pass it to the customer "... who's training these people that it's Okay to be rude to customers? If you don't like your job...find a new one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl that just took my order in this drive thru is absolutely rude! She needs to learn better customer service skills not to mention she didn’t even get my order right and the boy in the window is just as rude and clueless definitely horrible experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small store....pleasant staff...a bit slow but I think they were training someone so that is understandable...not a lot of Tim bits on display and we were there closer to noon so maybe they were gone and more were being made...not sure but could be possible...line up for the drive thru by 8 vehicles...
