Don't expect to use a gift card (or your phone app) to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's in the Medical Arts Building, on the north side near where the interconnection to RUH is. This Tim Hortons location is always busy, especialy in the morning and at noon. It's not a full-sized Tim Hortons so there's less seating, although this is mitigated somewhat by the lounge area in the Health Sciences building which is just outside the door to this Tim Hortons. They have most of the regular items that a Tim Hortons usually has, including donuts, coffee and sandwiches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 30 minutes for a tea biscuit toasted (ordered at 9:25). People who had ordered later than me were getting their food first, and when I brought up the wait time after 25 minutes to the manager she brushed me off and said “there’s lots of stickers to get through.” Other people who ordered around 9:25 on mobile were having problems too. Ended up leaving without my biscuit at 9:55.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service but wish they do something about the express lane. Sometimes the express lane is opened even after the said timing which is kind of misleading and people in that other lane are still being served. If they just follow the said timings it would be great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here before my 8am class (PHSI208, anyone?) for a drink. Service is pretty good and the ladies who work there are very friendly! It gets busy and the lines get long once the day rolls on, but kind of expected in a university and by a hospital.
Overall, it is a great place for a tea, but dont expect to sit inside as they removed the seating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good thing about this place is working hours is longer than the other Tim Hortons inside campus so you can go and have some coffee after 5 PM and also Saturdays they accept credit card and they have online ordering as well so you can order online and you don’t need to wait in that long line.
Usually cookies donuts and muffins are fresh here
