★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run of the mill Timmies. The girls working are amazing, but never have enough staff on in the morning. This is the fifth day in a row that I’ve waited 10 plus minutes and haven’t even ordered yet. If it happens again, I’ll be getting my breakfast elsewhere.
Edit: pulled into the parking lot this morning to get my breakfast at the same time I have for the last 3 months, and the store was closed. This business will not get another dollar from me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the drive thru and asked if everything is in there ( as there is a snow storm happening right now), was told yes to make it home and missing half of my order. And you can't call them as "the customer is not available right now".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and wait time... extremely dirty premises. Heavy drive through customer base due to major industrial projects in the community but super slow drive through tines and only ever one of the existing two lanes open due to short staffing. Restaurant sometimes opens at 4:30....or 5......or 5:30......or 6....you just never know, no consistency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very rude. Refused to acknowledge the medical exception rules/laws towards masks and then refused two frontline workers our food. Staff and managers should be ashamed. Have never had this much hassle at ANY other tim hortons locations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for caramel latte. I worked there before and it wasnt this bad. Even your hands are not lying that you made a dark roast instead of a latte. And no, making caramel latte is not complicated. Adding caramel to a regular latte. ?
