★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hostesses at the front desk, polite courteous and very knowledgeable about the hotel amenities. Everything at walking distance. The room, OMFG was one beautiful room ?. So cozy and felt like royal queen staying here! Thank you analisa for the teddy bear made of towels ?? wished there was 10☆ rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can honestly say that this was one of the best hotel stays I've had during the pandemic, as I've needed to travel for work a fair bit. Not only were the rooms spotless, spacious, quiet and incredibly comfortable, but it was the personal touches that made all the difference: a welcome note, a personalized breakfast bag, and a check-in to make sure my room was exactly what I was hoping for. It all made me feel very valued and welcome. If I'm ever back in the area again, I will 100% stay here. Thank you for a 10/10 experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute gem of a little boutique Hotel. Room was spacious, clean and some nice unnecessary personal touches - sweets, friendly hand written welcome note, phonecall once checked in if everything was ok. Also recommended and excellent little bistro next door that had great food and beer. Next time I am in Kitimat this will be the first place I attempt to stay at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome modern hotel with wonderful staff!!! Great location downtown..Room was really quiet and so spacious. A great deal!!! There was bagels and muffins in the lobby all day. Also Cassandra at checking was so very helpful and friendly. We will certainly be staying here again!! Would highly recommend staying here when in Kitimat !!!
Looking forward to our next stay here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large room well appointed. Housekeeping was very attentive to detailing the room daily. Front desk help always available. A very convenient location and surprisingly quiet given the proximity of other businesses.
